Cavan Cross Cultural Community (4C)

Cavan Cross Cultural Community (4C) is an Association incorporating all individuals interested in multicultural development and integration in a community setting. It provides a representative platform that will empower and support people to engage and participate through training, development and information provision in order to promote integration and influence policy at local level, foster mutual respect and celebrate diverse cultures.

Network Personnel

Network Personnel delivers training and employment initiatives throughout Northern Ireland, Cavan, and Monaghan specialising in helping unemployed or economically inactive individuals return to work. We offer advice, training and support tailored to individual needs while also working in partnership with local employers to address local labour market needs.

New Communities Partnership (NCP)

NCP is Ireland’s largest independent migrant-led national network of more than 150 immigrant-led groups comprising 65 nationalities. The organisation led by community members for community members, and the issues that they are addressing are grounded in our lived experiences. In addition to being the largest migrant-led Network in Ireland, NCP also offers a number of services that assist migrant individuals, families and groups with social inclusion, child protection, education, training, employment, cultural understanding and citizenship.

CCLD

Cavan County Local Development (CCLD) is a trading name for Breffni Integrated CLG. CCLD is a community led Local Development Company. The company delivers a range of rural, social, community and economic programmes at a local level across County Cavan including SICAP, LEADER, TUS and the RSS. The organisation supports communities, individuals, and businesses to increase their economic sustainability, combat climate change, tackle social exclusion, combat poverty and improve their quality of life. The supports provided include capital grant aid, technical assistance, guidance and mentoring, information and support, training opportunities and development initiatives. Cavan County Local Development adopts a partnership approach to its work partnering with communities, local agencies, statutory organisations and the social partners to bring about positive change for county Cavan.

Teach na Daoine Family Resource Centre

Teach na Daoine aims to address issues of poverty, unemployment, social exclusion and marginalisation locally. To this end we lobby and work with all relevant agencies to improve facilities thus creating a positive environment where the needs of the community can be addressed.

"Teach Oscail Family Resource Centre adopts an open and welcoming, non-judgemental approach to all in the community and believes that everyone deserves to be heard and that all opinions are respected. We aim to target those most vulnerable in the community and to support them in overcoming social isolation and poverty in their lives. We believe that children and families are paramount to our work in the community and aim to ensure that parents and children are reached out to in a professional and supportive manner.

Georgia Pelestin is a human resources consultant specialising in skills analysis. She is also a freelance training consultant. She works alongside many companies in the region, as well as self-employed entrepreneurs. She helps a wide range of people, particularly adults undergoing retraining.

APE Ecole S'Espéri

L'APE de l'Ecole S'espéri is the parents' association for this nursery and primary school. The school is characterised by its use of the Montessori method of teaching children. The association organises activities, events and workshops for the children, as well as publicising the school in the surrounding area.

The Paritätische Schleswig-Holstein is the association for social work and voluntary work. The Rights Forum

"The Rights Forum is a knowledge center in the field of the Palestine/Israel issue, founded on the initiative of former Prime Minister Dries van Agt. The organization started its work in 2009, the founding date being December 10, the International Human Rights Day. The Rights Forum is committed to a just and sustainable Dutch and European policy regarding the Palestine/Israel issue. The Rights Forum aims to help the creation of the necessary conditions for a just peace. It believes that only if that policy is based on respect for international law and human rights, will it effectively contribute to peace between Israelis and Palestinians."

The European Legal Support Center

The European Legal Support Center is the first and only independent organisation defending and empowering the Palestine solidarity movement in Europe through legal means. It provides free legal advice and assistance to associations, human rights NGOs, groups and individuals advocating for Palestinian rights in mainland Europe and the United Kingdom. The European Legal Support Center intervenes to end arbitrary restrictions and criminalization of peaceful advocacy and humanitarian work. It also develops legal tools and engages in strategic litigation to support civil society advocacy and campaigns.

Stichting Museum De Wachter

Stichting Museum "De Wachter" is a foundation that looks after the unique wind mill "De Wachter" located in Zuidlaren. The wind mill was built in 1851, it is listed as a national monument, and has been restored to working order. Molen "De Wachter" it is not only a wind mill, but a place appropriate for educating the new generations of young people through non-formal methods of teaching, by using all the senses in learning about the past and connecting it with the present, by being immersed in the atmosphere of friendship and knowledge spread by the volunteers from "De Wachter". Stichting Museum "De Wachter" works with about 190 volunteers and is a education-driven place in that people at all ages are given the opportunity to experiment informal and non-formal methods of teaching and training.

Een Ander Joods Geluid (A Different Jewish Voice) is a Dutch-Jewish organisation founded in May 2001 to promote the public debate concerning Israel. It wants to break the perceived silence in the Dutch-Jewish community concerning the occupation of the Palestinian Territories by Israel, and strives to support peace activities in this same area, by promoting a two state solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
